"Move at your own pace"

Often, we feel this pressure to follow someone else's blueprint for life. 'You have to do this, in this way, by this time' and if you don't, you just might feel like a failure.

I know I've felt that for a long time. For context, I struggled with my mental health for years and it affected my progress in school and life in general. I always felt like no matter what i did i could never catch up but yesterday i heard someone say "move at your own pace". Its a simple set of words that wasnt even directed towards me, but I was moved.

If you're reading this and feeling left behind, your journey might be different and your path much longer, but what matters isn't what everyone is expecting from you but rather what you're doing for yourself.

Life is an experience, not a performance.

During an episode I was completely detached from this reality it had been the longest I was ever in an episode and I was controlling electronics with my mind I had an Alexa the first wired thing that happened was the Alexa kept sounding Isra alarm every 5 mins even after I unplugged it I had to move it out of my room to get it to cut off. This my phone started tripping next along with not functioning properly I was able to skip songs and play songs in reverse. I would think of a mood or feeling and a song with those words would play immediately. A lot more happened during that week and a half when I thought I was losing it. It was also the time where I got to speak and hear my first selfs voice.
